The content of the video is great, and the interaction too, the problem is that it keeps showing stock videos instead of actually showing how it's done. Show exactly how it's done and don't show stock videos to save time.
We have other videos that explain more in-depth how to use our features in addition to our shorter, quicker, informational videos. 😀
There is no Tiktok column on the template. CAn I manually add one or will that mess up the script?
Hello, I don't see how to upload videos from URL or from my hard drive.
Is it possible to use the bulk upload via CSV (or any other bulk method) to upload videos?
I'd like to automate/schedule videos to CZcams shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok, but on the Import Template I don't see a place to populate video links.
Hello! You can use the same box you would use for a photo to add in a video link. Just make sure you are configuring the post format type to "reel" for example. And it should allow you to import those short form videos :)

HI does the sheet allow for the direct upload for Canva? or if im using canva do i need to download the content to google drive and then add the link to the spreadsheet
Hello! You have to upload your Canva content to Google Drive and then use the Google Drive link. Even making the Canva link public will not work for the CSV. 😞
Can you use dropbox links instead of google drive links for the videos (instead of photos)?
Yes, for sure, you can use Dropbox links to upload a video or a photo. Don't worry if the preview when you import the video/photo doesn't load, end the import and check the post on the planner and should appear perfect😀
i keep getting a error and ignored posts when i upload the template the date is right the right week as well and the box for posts is right what is going wrong this is frustrating is there a help line or a way to see whats wrong im using a mac as well

And in which column should we upload the thumbnail for reels?
Hello! Yes, you can put the video link in the image column! 😀 We do not currently have the capabilities in the template for the thumbnail yet. For the thumbnail, you will have to upload that within the post in our Planner.
i have the plan with 5 brands, do i need this file for every brand ? or can i schedule all brands in one ?
We would suggest having a file for each brand since you will be exporting into a specific account planner. Or you can export only certain sheets from your overall template when you go to import the CSV if you would like to have everything in one place.
I have tried to use this - importing the files - and all of the posts "failed" when uploading. All links were open to anyone with the link - and all clicked - keeps happening... I have tried 5 times :(
Hello, were your links taken directly from Google drive?
Is there a way to indicate a TikTok post to be autopublished or not?
It should automatically be set to auto-publish if you are importing directly in. However you can import it as a draft and make any final changes within Metricool. :)
This doesn't work properly, downloading to your computer or to google drive changes the formatting so for example the check boxes become 'true or false' instead, and many more changes.
Hello! Try duplicating the file straight to your drive and this way you shouldn’t experience any changes to the file. ☺️
I put the video URL on picture 1 but it uploads as a draft any ideas what am I doing wrong?

@@metricoolapp I tried this too, and ensured my Drive link is set to public (anyone with the link can access), but had the same issue.
Is this happening to all your videos? There is a draft column on the CSV. Make sure that isn't checked! The post type is also important. Make sure it's set to the proper format in the dropdown. All I want to know is if I can bulk schedule posts to multiple platforms using a csv file that includes the file paths to the existing vidoes on my computer? I'm not trying to link to some random image
To import using a CSV, you'll need to have the filepath link back to Google Drive or Dropbox!
I press start in the copy of the spreadsheet when selecting social networks but nothing happens
Start will customize the script based on what you checked but the actual content sheet is where you should go to fill in your content for the desired platforms! You can also manually check your preferences there. :)

Newer to the platform is there a way to send the content calendar to a client to approve posts through metricool (for viewing purposes)
Hi Alyssa! We currently don't have a way to send the calendar for viewing purposes via a link. If you have a team account, you can give your client access that way to view the planner or download via CSV. We are currently working on a content approval process and hope to release that in the near future.
If I have signed up with a business email, it won't let me verify my account with Metricool because it's not a google account, how can I get around this?
