Just about to launch a second channel and this was REALLY helpful. I love the content pillars concept. It made it very clear. I know my who but was worried my content would be too varied but my WHO I think is strong enough to enjoy a few different pillars.

this is great info, I appreciate it! I'm struggling a bit since none of my content is for a product. I volunteer for 2 agencies and do both of their Socials. One is for a small animal shelter, so I'm looking for potential adopters. The other is my local fire department, and we're trying to get more volunteers. The animals are a little easier, and we've seen a huge uptick in engagement and adoptions. But convincing people to volunteer and give up so much of their personal time is a harder sell.

Given that CZcams has now introduced shorts, would you say that Shorts compete directly with IG reels and content initially slated for only IG reels can also be used for CZcams shorts interchangeably, without any special editing? The various platforms appear to be imitating each other's features.

I need someone to strategically get ALL my family from the islands....and bring them here to Merica...to help me pick up..drop...feed....clean...my children.....then I need 3 people to go to my 3 jobs and enjoy that for 12 hours a day..and pay all my bills......while I do "all the things" I really want to do so I can grow my brand. One day all the stars will align and I'll get where I want to be! I have faith! In the meantime...I'll learn all I can along the way so when I get there....I'll be ready! And I AM learning!
