These are the ingredients for the mixed vegetables soup.
3kg lamb meat with bone in
3 cauliflower fresh
4 broccoli fresh
1 packs red capsicum
1 teaspoons Himalayan pink salt
1 tablespoons badia complete seasoning
Beef broth from the meat
1 tablespoons homemade mix spice( use any seasoning or spice of choice)
1 tablespoon garlic and herbs seasoning
1 tablespoon crushed pepper flakes
3 onion
1 whole garlic
1 pack carrots
3 branch of silverbeet fresh or Swiss chard
1 tablespoons curry powder
1 pack of onga seasoning
2 blocks frozen ginger paste
4 maggi cubes
Canola oil but you can use any cooking oil of choice
