    My experiences of Bad performance management , when it becomes a total waste of time
    1) Not going to keep staff ongoing or permanent
    2) Done every 3 months
    3) When Performance management is seen as a "Negative" at the start of employment if placed on Performance management
    4) Management ignores staff issues/problems with tasks. Like: Extreme task changes all the time, too frequently and KPI is still expected to be reached.
    5) Supervisor bad mouths Performance Management and hates doing it themselves.
    6) When Performance Management is used as a tool to punish or threaten a person with being put off the job, if they can't reach their KPI.
