    This is so good. Yet the irony is that it is promoting a "Human Capital" management system. The main reason I detest the term "Human Capital" is that it dehumanizes employees, rather than what HR should promote, which is getting to know employees and know their value.

    You reap what you sow. You force employees to participate in an experimental medical procedure and then wonder WHY they are disengaged. Too bad now deal with the impact of you stupid actions for compliance reasons only and nothing to do with the health and safety of the employees.

    This was great. Many companies I've experienced have been horrible with onboarding. Recently, a company hired me on and at the beginning of onboarding training I was kicked from it. I reached out to the hiring manager and through many attempts, no response. Was it me? I thought I would be great for the company even if I had to start from the bottom.

    My new job had a non existant onboarding. I am overworked and stressed out, they forget that I am still new. Act funny when i forget or make an honest mistake. Really pisses me off and I'm about to put everything on the line and start mouthing off.

    My experiences of Bad performance management , when it becomes a total waste of time 1) Not going to keep staff ongoing or permanent 2) Done every 3 months 3) When Performance management is seen as a "Negative" at the start of employment if placed on Performance management 4) Management ignores staff issues/problems with tasks. Like: Extreme task changes all the time, too frequently and KPI is still expected to be reached. 5) Supervisor bad mouths Performance Management and hates doing it themselves. 6) When Performance Management is used as a tool to punish or threaten a person with being put off the job, if they can't reach their KPI.
