    This is some of the most valuable information I've ever heard. You could study 9 years of psychology and never hear something as valuable as what is in this video. I've been in therapy my whole childhood, and I still struggle with self-hatred, but through the grace of God, im getting better. This video had everything I needed to hear, and im very blessed to have come across it. Thank you, and God bless

    I’ve fallen into some of my old sins after years without them. I was condescending towards those who still struggled instead of realizing that it was through God’s Grace that I had been healed. I’m digging my way back out, but this is just. I was not grateful for a gift i had been given.

    I always thought sobriety was just not using mind altering substances. In the context of this video, what is mental sobriety? And why is that opposite to anger?
