    I have a question about judging. I can see why you would not want negatively judge, but you can also positively judge. Should i also suspend that? For example i see that my friend did well in an exam. Is that one of those "always positive" cases where it is okay to congratulate(judge) him?

      Of course you should positively acknowledge your friend’s accomplishment. Approach the topic of “do not judge” under the lenses of condemnation, criticisms, and pride.
