I have the 2nd and 3rd gen show 5s and honestly their only purpose is as a clock. I also have the 2nd and 3rd gen show 8s which are much more to my liking and packed the 5s away.

Why didnt you just buy a clock. Most people use them for cameras, turning off smart devices, adding groceries, ect.
