    Smoothies are the way to go, you can keep most ingredients frozen and just grab them whenever. It's easy to get a lot of calories in with smoothies you can add sunflower seeds for extra cals. Great snacks: toast with hummus, almonds, cashews, bananas, apples

    Forcing yourself to eat is terrible, humans didn’t evolve eating small meals daily, we often went days without food, seriously talk to some doctors about fasting❤️ it’s completely healthy to eat one full meal a day but I’m an amateur vegan fighter myself and I’m soooo glad I looked into it, I’ve never felt better😊 but hey it might not be for everyone I guess

      Everybody didn’t evolve the same and have different needs I started eating more meat and feel better than ever. I tried vegan and vegetarian diets and felt horrible. Fasting doesn’t work for me either especially skipping breakfast. It sucks how vegans run the internet and Google with health stuff sending me down the wrong path for many years. Good news is I found my way back and it’s not good to talk like you know the one and only truth. Everybody has different needs and diets. Meat stopped my autoimmune diseases

      @TrifectaNutrition  Před 3 lety +3

      Hey! Everyone's body is different and it's great that you found what works for you and your routine. There’s limited research to suggest that performance is only enhanced by large, infrequent meals. We always recommend looking at your nutrition holistically vs honing in on only one piece of the puzzle, like timing. However, timing is important for performance and there are benefits from utilizing proper nutrient timing especially if everything else is already tuned in.

      @@TrifectaNutrition thank you but you don't wait for reasearch, you do it and find out and control your own parameters. It's almost an unfair advantage to train on body fat or mct with near endless energy and then switch to sugar...holy crap the energy and power...but first you have to get over the hump with elevated insulin and hypoglycemia effect. Also, I would not have said anything but she sad she actually prefers infrequent meals. Thanks for response though. Agree to disagree.

      @@adamhull735 The spectrum you've come up with has extremes in what sense? Just based on what is customary? It's certainly not "extreme" according to any meaningful metric such as how well it meets the nutritional needs of the body. You may as well say that an unusual hat is extreme because few people are wearing it.
      If you're getting all the nutrients you require, and yet your diet is "extreme", then I would suggest it's a meaningless descriptor. It's not best to balance your choices between the "extremes", from a health point of view it's best to eat a nutritionally adequate diet. From an ethical point of view it's best to cause the least harm. It's possible to eat a diet that does both. Extremely sensible perhaps...

    • @Bork_Cruk
      @Bork_Cruk Před 3 lety +4

      @@adamhull735 "A human's diet" I'm sorry but there's no magic book in the sky which says what a human's diet it. The human body needs certain nutrients, and over the history of our species those nutrients will be sourced from different types of food depending on what is available in the environment. Some populations have eaten lots of meat, some have not. Also plants and animals are not the only categories of food we eat, you've left out a massive category: Fungi, which has been an extremely important food source for many populations.
      A human diet is what a human eats. And it's entirely possible to eat a nutritionally adequate diet without animal products. Like I said, if eating a nutritionally adequate and healthy diet can be considered "extreme" then I'd say it's a pretty meaningless word, and you're just engaging in useless emotive language, not making a cogent argument.

      Most Vegans we speak to give us a lot of praise for creating ways to introduce a healthy Vegan diet to people who may have never tried Veganism or do not know how to create a macro balanced Vegan diet with enough protein. Customers who have never tried Vegan diets in the past are trying it and loving it. And it's easy to reheat our food on the stove, in the oven, or with an air fryer if you do not want to use a microwave. :)
