Watched this video 6 months ago, realized all the things Joe and Sean were saying about how you feel shit after eating bad food/drinking coke etc, constantly tired and lazy afterwards, which was true for me. Gradually removed all the bad shit out of my diet right after watching this video (quit all sodas, most sauces like ketchup/mayo, all sugar from coffees, bread etc) and have since lost 50lbs in 6 months, all because of this video convincing me to eat a healthy diet. Every now and then I might put some mayo on 1 meal like once a month, or drink a coke but not daily. Feel 10x better, not feeling like I need a nap after lunch, bigger self confidence, healthier overall, better mental health.

I've been pescatarian for 8 years now because I had stomach problems but honestly now after this time I keep feeling weak a lot and as though I very easily pull a muscle or get injured. Thought it was age but the more I analyse it, it's seeming to be more because finding food I can eat or having the time to prepare it takes up so much time I resort to eating confectionery or bread based things that effect me negatively anyway. Did it for six weeks with a friend just to see if I could and I had the same problem. Doing everything by the book, like literally going by a vegan dieting book, and after the first couple of weeks I crashed hard. No energy. Crazy fatigue and weakness. And the loss of muscle mass was very apparent. I would have to chug a big 16 oz glass of black coffee like 5-6 times a day just to muster up enough energy to get anything done.

As someone who's been massivly overweight, I've benefited greatly from a vegetarian diet. I've been almost vegan for some months, but to be mentally balanced I need some cheese and egg. I ate some beef in between those times when I was drunk and it was unbelievable how heavy it layed in my stomach. I wasn't used to it anymore. I think fish and chicken would still be a good choice health-wise, but I usually don't eat it anymore for ethical reasons.

I've been pescatarian for 8 years now because I had stomach problems but honestly now after this time I keep feeling weak a lot and as though I very easily pull a muscle or get injured. Thought it was age but the more I analyse it, it's seeming to be more because finding food I can eat or having the time to prepare it takes up so much time I resort to eating confectionery or bread based things that effect me negatively anyway. I guess looking at this I should consider trying to have one or two meals a week like a steak and it might help!

I did 6 months vegan. I lost 100 lbs. Scars healed. It was amazing while my body was healing but once I felt better I was just always hungry and weak. My experience was the same as Sean's.

If you genuinely had a sufficient energy intake then I would look at things like iron, D3 and B12, but the increased fibre causes a lot of people to naturally under-eat without realising it
Did it for six weeks with a friend just to see if I could and I had the same problem. Doing everything by the book, like literally going by a vegan dieting book, and after the first couple of weeks I crashed hard. No energy. Crazy fatigue and weakness. And the loss of muscle mass was very apparent. I would have to chug a big 16 oz glass of black coffee like 5-6 times a day just to muster up enough energy to get anything done.

whocares same man I love the fact I can go hunt my own meat I know where it comes from I know how it’s processed and god damn nothing compares to the tender loin from a whitetail. We get issued 2 tags in my area, I usually fill them and my wife usually gets one. Then 3 deer don’t last a full year.

Deer Jerky, Deer Steak and Deer patties are just so damn tasty. I remember the first time I had deer and elk meat. It was like the most satisfying food high I ever had.

As someone who's been massivly overweight, I've benefited greatly from a vegetarian diet. I've been almost vegan for some months, but to be mentally balanced I need some cheese and egg. I ate some beef in between those times when I was drunk and it was unbelievable how heavy it layed in my stomach. I wasn't used to it anymore. I think fish and chicken would still be a good choice health-wise, but I usually don't eat it anymore for ethical reasons.
Now two years later he about to blow up, just dropped Wineland and 12-0, give him a big time fight
