- In today's episode, we're visiting Barrel House BBQ in Lynchburg, Tennessee. Barrel House BBQ was voted as having the best grilled cheese sandwich in America in 2017 according to YELP. Their grilled cheese sandwich was featured in Time and Money Magazines. Join us in today's video as we try out their grilled cheese and side dish offerings.

I'm finally home for a few weeks, so catching up with everyone. If you don't hear from me for a while, I haven't forgot you. I'm likely on a trip and am don't have time to keep up with my favorite CZcams channels, but I'll always catch back up.
I'll take the Jack Daniels and the #1 grilled cheese in America! lol! The sandwich was no joke. They loaded the BBQ pork on there. That must've been quite an experience.

The sandwich was definitely no joke. It was huge! Next time, we’re going to just share it. We were going to get some ribs for an appetizer and we’re so glad that we didn’t, because the servings were enormous.
The crazy part about Moore County, Tennessee is that it’s a dry county. They make all of the world’s Jack Daniel’s in the small town of Lynchburg but you have to drive to a surrounding county to actually buy it. If you guys are ever in the area, this place is definitely worth checking out. The JD distillery tour is also really fascinating too. Thanks for watching. The grilled cheese was really good. We wanted to order the ribs to try as an appetizer....we're so glad that we didn't because we were stuffed from that grilled cheese. IMO I really wouldn't consider that grilled cheese that delicious pull pork is def the star of that sandwich not the cheese. HAHA God bless your sweet boys so precious.

Lynchburg is about a 4 hour drive from Gatlinburg and about an hour south of Nashville. We just googled Sheriff Buford Pusser - he sounds like he was a very interesting person and the festival named after him seems like it would very fascinating to attend. Looks like a fun place to visit for a grilled cheese. We need a grilled cheese on crack! Looks like it would be delicious. Another great job! Keep the videos coming. You had mentioned going to Memphis in your giveaway/channel update video. We would love to see you stop by exit 87 in Jackson, TN and try the barbecue truck on the side of the road. We enjoyed it so much on the way to Texas that we had to stop on the way back.

They definitely had some excellent grilled cheese sandwiches here. We were actually considering getting a half rack of ribs for an appetizer, we're glad that we didn't order them because those grilled cheese sandwiches were so filling. I’ve had thousands of grilled cheese sandwiches 🥪 in my life and the best is my mom’s. You won’t ever convince me otherwise. The trick is you use Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise.
