I think they made a mistake by spending money to remodel. Most people liked the old look. They need to focus on reducing the price. $63 is a lot for my families with children. The price of the meals aren't bad but the upcharge for premium sides is too much. Also $3.49 for flavored tea is too much. You already paid for sides, so $3.49 and $2.49 for a salad or Mac n cheese is too much. The new menu items look good but I would pass on the cornbread. You used to get a basket for free with meals. I would just choose to go to Big Bear and pay $14.50 for all you can eat and drink a water. Shrimp, wings, claims, ribs, rice, veggies, noodles, salad, California rolls, Asian chicken, dessert, and more.

When your beautiful kind hearted son's get a little bit older. And tall enough to ride every ride in the park. You all should go to Cedar Point in Ohio! It's fantastic and they have the best rollercoasters in America I frimlly believe.

No, I don't like the new look at all. I am not interested in the new food ideas nor do I like the alcohol served there. I liked the family environment before with the Southern cooking and decor. Probably won't be going anymore.

My wife and I went to the Mt. Juliet Craker Barrel about a month ago, and almost everyone who was there said that they did not like it and would not come back,, it feels like any other resaurant, not a Craker Barrel, we want be going back.

Cracker Barrel WAIT!! be PATIENT. WE ALL have lived together through these last 4 years of complete turmoil, hardships & lunacy! DO NOT GO WOKE ( plenty of examples of it being a DISASTROUS decision) YOU are another Great American family business that needs to hold the course & stay true to your original vision. WE WILL SUPPORT YOU THROUGH THIS ROUGH PATCH . Be patient & stay true ( its only for a short time .)

1- Pottery House Cafe 2- Crocketts. When we come up for 5-7 days we eat at just those two places because they are the best there to us lol

I've been going to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg since 1983 my self and my wife and i since 2001 and the Old Mill and the Pottery House Restaurant's for us are way high on the list then 10th place. 👍🇺🇸

Brent, the sad thing is that there are rude workers everywhere anymore....its not nice either...i retired from jcp in 2011 and there were many days i didnt feel like dealing with customers but i went in with a smile and treated them like royalty because they are spending hard earned money there...people dont have any respect for their job.. i see it everyday sorry to say....but glad you enjoyed the food ,it looked delicious...❤️

The new interior open concept / flat finishes seem to increase the noise level, making it seem like a cafeteria instead of a restaurant. I always enjoyed looking at the nostalgic items on the walls, so I'm sorry to see that go. This seems like a Golden Corral vibe instead of Cracker Barrel.

Hi. Would you be able to do a favorite list of non chain restaurants ( like Chubby’s in Sevierville)? My husband and I LOVE to go to these hole-in- the-wall restaurants!!! I know that the decor isn’t the finest, but if we have excellent service and food, then we will most likely return to that restaurant(s). And what about restaurants that feature what Gentry and Henry love the most. The kid perspective on what they really enjoyed would be a REALLY big asset to families with small children. I feel that there are A LOT of kids that get left out of eating out decisions and they should also have a say in what restaurant they want to go to. Just a couple of ideas to consider!!! I love your videos and watch them all. I was with you until the Pizza Rio. My family are huge pizza people but was not overall impressed. I would go with West by God personally any day. I do enjoy the Local Goat, Blue Moose, Paula Dean's, and always the Pigeon Forge deli. Plus had some great wings at the Brewery

I'm 43, and Cracker Barrel is my favorite chain restaurant by far. That said, this is the complete wrong direction for Cracker Barrel. Their branding was 100% on target, and extremely well-known. They should spend that $700 million on improving service and food quality. If they paid their workers a wage that incentivized them, Cracker Barrel would see that pretty soon each location would become known as the best restaurant in the area. So long as the current CEO is in charge, and Cracker Barrel goes this direction, I won't be eating there. It's sad to see Cracker Barrel go, but I guess everything runs its course eventually. Good thing granny taught me how to cook, so I can eat good home cooking anytime I want.
