- Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que is a locally owned and operated restaurant with locations in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. In today's episode, we're visiting the Gatlinburg location. The restaurant serves flavorful dishes, including pork ribs, chicken, pulled pork, and beef briskets, that are basted in Bennett's own special sauce and smoked over hickory wood for up to 14 hours.

I have to admit,you need to add a few shots of the children as they eat…..Henry just makes me smile and definitely loves to eat…Gentry just acts so professional and grown with his reviews. So nice to see you enjoying life as a family.
Thanks for your feedback. We sometimes film the boys more, but it's all dependent on their mood during that day - some days they just want to eat and not talk on camera. We never want to force them to be in the videos or push them to talk if they're just not feeling it that day. There are other days when they ask to be in the video and sometimes try to call first dibs on being the first one in the video - it all depends on the day. We read your comment to Gentry and Henry and they said, thank you Judy! We appreciate you and thank you so much for watching.

You are the best on CZcams for your choices in music to go with your video! Always matches your video so well! Gentry is quite the artist. I could eat a plate full of those sausages dipped in the mustard sauce, and those greens. Yum! I'm glad you got the hog leg. I was wondering what it would be like. The baked beans and potato salad look so good! And those biscuits do too!! The fact that Gentry mentioned ribs before the mac and cheese leads me to believe that it was not bad, but not the best he ever had. Usually when it's really good his eyes light up and he smiles when he reviews it. That was not his reaction this time. I'm with Jennifer that I love the decor. Hope ya'll are having a great Holy week, and will have a wonderful Easter. He is Risen!

Mustard sauce with the sausages was so good. The biscuits were not as good as Paula Deen's but still amazing. The mac and cheese was very basic, but still tasty. Bennetts BBQ is locally owned by the Johnson Family of Restaurants. They also own Alamo Steakhouse, Big Daddy’s Pizzeria, Mamas Farmhouse/ Chicken Kitchen, Joe and Pops Subs and Mad Dog Creamery. All great restaurants and locally owned which is always good.
Johnson Family of Restaurants always delivers top notch food and customer service. Bennett's did not disappoint.

If you tasted pork on those burnt ends, they pulled a switcharoo! Burnt ends are made from beef brisket. I'm guessing it was just a slip of the tongue, but they looked good. Thanks or the vid...

lol - they would have made a great snack. We left Gatlinburg right after this video and headed straight to the National Park, so we unfortunately couldn't get to-go boxes. He really enjoyed his free chicken fingers with his ribs. We hope that you're having a nice evening, P J L

Me and my brother r planning a trip in September... We looked up charging stations for his Chevy Volt... And noticed one was supposed to be at this restaurant... Did u happen to notice it being there?
Never ate there but everything looked good
It's definitely worth checking out. While it's not our #1 favorite BBQ in the area, it's definitely a new top favorite.

We did! We have a video on it and every time that we drive by Huck Finn's, Jennifer always talks about their sweet tea. She said that it's the best that she's tried. We used to have a Corky's in our neck of the woods of Tennessee but it closed and turned into a TX Roadhouse.@@caseyj1987

Does this place not have a wheelchair accessible entrance ?
They do. We parked in the back lot. However, there is a front entrance that's wheelchair accessible directly from the main sidewalk.
I tried it in 2021 wasn’t that good… meat tasted like reheated meat Very dry
