- Unfortunately I haven’t recovered fully from my injury - so, since i’m not showcasing my skills at the Indonesia Open this week, i’ll showcase them elsewhere 😅🙌🏻.. I get a lot of recommendations telling me to try Indonesian food - So, I got the chance to learn how to cook an Indonesian dish with a chef! Let me know what you think about my cooking skills 🔥😎

But, I want to add some information that Nasi Goreng in Indonesia had a lot of deep history in Indonesia.
Once upon a time, when invaders (colonial era) came to Indonesia, rice and dish like meat, egg etc is something special. We (indonesian people) cant buy them bcs we dont have money, so we just have rice when invaders throw away to bin and we took it from.
After we bring to our home, we only have that rice and salt, so we just "Goreng" / fried that rice adding with salt and we ate it.
As time goes by we modify "Nasi Goreng" with spices and other dishes as you found it like now.
For sure you will get youtube silver button when you return from Indonesia 👌
