Here are the steps we are taking everyday, including in these videos: 😷Masks and face coverings. We wear these anytime we are near others outside and especially indoors. If we don’t have a mask on in a video, it’s 99% because there was no one around. ⏰ Exploring early. We normally start at sunrise anyway because of less crowds, but especially so with COVID. We have been starting our days before sunlight so we can limit our interactions. 🧼 Washing and sanitizing our hands, especially after touching anything outside of the van. 🚐 Being in the van 95% of the time when we’re not filming. The adventures we share are a small sliver of our lives. We are staying in the van all day everyday when working and the only time we leave is to do laundry, get gas, or go to the store. 6️⃣ Keeping our distance. We are trying to stay at least 6 ft from others, which truthfully isn’t always possible (and then we make sure we cover our face).
Y'all should check out the Virginia Creeper Trail in Damascus, VA... similar to the Hiawatha trail... go during Spring or Peak autumn for beautiful colors! It is easy and so fun and beautiful countryside

One of Sam Walton’s grandsons has been behind the Mt bike trails he’s invested millions with more to come making the area a peddlers Paradise. I’m kinda partial to bikes with motors 🤣 tons of amazing backroads for any kind of biker to explore. Hopefully someone has filled you in. I’d gladly offer some tips if your still in the area. Bentonville was a great spot to try it out because it’s not steep like Colorado mountains, but still a ton of fun! And thank you for the birthday wishes!

We are definitely the best of friends and love spending time together! ❤️ The leaves definitely made it harder, good call on trying in the summer, we'll have to give it another shot because we'd love to get better at it! We embrace how un-cool we look at times lol, it's just fun to get out of our comfort zone (and not get injured haha)!
Happy Birthday, Adam! Tracie and I hope that you had a great birthday! I love those murals you showcased in Bentonville. Those tigers looked really cool! Don't worry that you're not doing wheelies and 360 degree flips on your mountain bikes. The important thing is that you're getting outside your comfort zone, trying something new, and having fun. We felt the same way the first time we did a ropes course. We breezed through the beginner line and were enthusiastic about the next level up until we realized that it involved a thin metal tightrope (really a wire that we were somehow supposed to walk across). We'll return again one day and push ourselves to try the next level which you can also do with mountain biking. Just keep at it. Trying new things keeps life interesting and fun!

Finding mountain bike trails in Bentonville / NWA that are truly Beginner Friendly can be tough. To anyone who might be trying to do this I'd recommend; Mercy Trails Skills / Pump Track next to Mercy Hospital, the Wolf Trail at the Wolf Creek trails, the Black Apple Creek trail just off of the All American Trail, Tweety Bird in the Bella Vista area, and the Lake Fayetteville single track trail surrounding Lake Fayetteville. All of these were easily managed by my VERY Beginner Girlfriend (who I am Gently easing into mountain biking and don't want to scare off!).

Very cool! My wife and I live in the little town of Siloam Springs AR which is about 45 min WSW of Bentonville right up next to the Oklahoma line. I've been on those exact same mountain bike trails several times. My wife has business in Rogers fairly regular and Onyx is one of her frequents when traveling there. So nice to see our beautiful area getting some recognition.

I helped make that bike trail when I worked for the city of Bentonville. I'm from Oklahoma and moving to Bentonville was the best decision I have ever made

Finding mountain bike trails in Bentonville / NWA that are truly Beginner Friendly can be tough. To anyone who might be trying to do this I'd recommend; Mercy Trails Skills / Pump Track next to Mercy Hospital, the Wolf Trail at the Wolf Creek trails, the Black Apple Creek trail just off of the All American Trail, Tweety Bird in the Bella Vista area, and the Lake Fayetteville single track trail surrounding Lake Fayetteville. All of these were easily managed by my VERY Beginner Girlfriend (who I am Gently easing into mountain biking and don't want to scare off!).

Very cool! My wife and I live in the little town of Siloam Springs AR which is about 45 min WSW of Bentonville right up next to the Oklahoma line. I've been on those exact same mountain bike trails several times. My wife has business in Rogers fairly regular and Onyx is one of her frequents when traveling there. So nice to see our beautiful area getting some recognition.
