    There is a rare air in Bentonville. You nailed it, the artistry outdoorsy bike themed playground. Top tier 💯 The supportive community circling it all is fantastic. 👏

    Yeah living here is pretty top notch, get to ride all this stuff daily.
    Youll need to get further out some next time, go north to bella vista and ride
    - floride/goride
    - ledges
    - huntley gravity
    Also missed out at the castle, catapult might be the best flow trail in the area, on par with cease.

    In Edmonton, Alberta, Canada we have more than 100km of singletrack all within city limits. I regularly ride on my lunch break when i wfh, and almost my entire commute to the downtown core is singletrack. I think we could give Bentonville a run for the title of mtb capital

    • @richsmountainbiking1262
      @richsmountainbiking1262 Před rokem +1

      @SuperTacticalcom
      I wouldn't say "all the time". Our winter riding season is mid-November to early March. We fat bike the singletrack all winter. Summer/fall trail riding season is typically May-Oct, and only March and part of April are unridable.
      To recap: 100+km of singletrack within an urban city of 1.5M ppl. Sounds better than middle of nowhere, small town Bentonvill, imo.
      Cold AF in Dec-Jan tho....

    Hi gmbn team, what is the best way to fly to bentonville from the UK? Which airport is best and how do you get there from the airport? Bus? Car rental? I'd love to get a trip organised looks great 👍🏻

    • @NelsenPhelps
      @NelsenPhelps Před rokem +2

      My guess would be flying into LaGuardia or O'Hare and then on to XNA from there. XNA is about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Bentonville. I would make Bentonville your home base for a trip like this. Depending on how much time you have will depend on how far I would recommend venturing out. If you have a week then stick to the stuff close by (Bentonville/Bella Vista). All of this is ridable from Bentonville without a vehicle. If you have a couple weeks you might consider adding Eureka Springs or Fayetteville/Devils Den. If you have a month then you might be able to cover most of the trail systems and get down to places like Mt. Nebo. There are trail guide/shuttle services if you have the time to get out of the Bentonville/Bella Vista trail sections. The trails are well marked and easy to get to using the app of your choosing. The local bike shops are very accommodating and offer rentals if you don't want to fly your bike here. Check out oztrails.com for a decent place to get a feel for the trail systems. And when in doubt don't hesitate to reach out to a local.

  • @rodrigormotta
    @rodrigormotta Před rokem +1

    that is so American to claim to be the capital of everything! kudos to the city for supporting the sport, but this city doesn't hold a candle to the Vancouver north shore! THE TRUE CAPITAL OF MTB! just open trailforks and look at the trail map between north Vancouver and whistler!
    also was it go pro effect or it took a double black (that looks like a north shore blue) to step away from machine built jump trails?
    not convinced!
