Awesome. In the UK such house is called semi-detached. However, the layout is functional and the arrangements are beautifully done, the terrace, the little garden, the laundry room.
Duplex here, yeah. I lived in one semi-detached house in London for years. When I lived in England.
And Germans, as always, make a long word out of it: "Doppelhaushälfte" (means half of an double house)
If there are more than two parts, it is called a "Reihenhaus" (means Row house)
Both are quite common here in the outer areas of the cities.

Very nice! I really liked this place, so many lovely views out the back. Even though it's all recently done it doesn't feel sterile & box like to me. All the bedrooms were good size. Great for a family, room not to be on top of each other.
YES! Even though I'm usually a hater of gut renovations and its dismissing of historical character of a space, I didn't have any negative feelings about this space at all. I really like it.

The breakfast bar is useless without adequate overhang and there's no passing by between a person sitting at the counter and the wall unless they get up. It's a nice place, but I do see the flaws.

you guys are the aliens... calling an apple tree 'wild'. That's where REAL APPLES come from . The trees grow them, not grocer stores.

The trees with larger apples are cultivated, as opposed to the small, crabapple-ish ones. So they're not wild.
@keetahbrough a tree is "wild" if it was not purposefully planted, in other words, a "volunteer." They can have larger apples.

This place is WOW! Reminds me of the row houses in Philly. Fantastic renovation, quality finishes. Only downside is the area, which would be a hike for a lot of people working in Manhattan.

And a little yard.. c‘mon I can see it for you 😂 it’s not too far from park slope either.

This place is nice! If you walled off the living space by the laundry room, you could make it a fourth bedroom. With four toilets, that would be doable and would bring down the monthly payments.

I have a really eclectic taste, so I love places with old style just as much as very modern ones. This place was beyond beautiful! Not only the design of the spaces, but the decor as well. Everything fit perfectly. The one and ONLY thing I would have liked to see to make this MORE than perfect was a folding area in the laundry room. But honestly, who can complain about any of it. Everything was so smart and lovely. I'd never be able to afford something like that, of course, but if I could, I certainly wouldn't be complaining about that price. I really enjoyed how knowledgeable Vavro was about the place and was able to answer all your questions and even add ideas. Great place and great job on the video, Cash!

The very neighborhood I lived in, I remember this guy's building being refurbished ... Cup of Brooklyn was where I got my coffee every day and Blink Fitness was my gym. So great to see the area again.

Absolutely stunning (if you can afford it). I love the combination of modern clean lines combined with a welcoming warm look. Also, old school without the ugly pipes, clunky radiators and wires you see in some of the older buildings. I like the light-colored floors (I find the dark floors in some installations to be unappealling and somewhat depressing). Please show us more installations from this talented young man!

No to that faucet though. It'll look cool the first minute, then you'll get your arms wet and splash water everywhere while turning it on/off, and it gets in the way of using the mirror.
