      Absolutely not.
The Tv co's would use 10 cameras to get to get silly dramatic shots.
Focused on eye lashes, wizzed a round, zoomed in and out.
That's why i came over to youtube, to get away from the silliness.

The way you cut off the broken sharp piece of the glass bottle and make these cool glass vases/candleholders is really...Cool of course!!
That was nice of you to give Nichola the teapot 🫖 and marmalade jar. I was born 100 years later in 1962!! I really thought you were going to get stuck in that muck, same with Nicola, that was incredible. I always wonder about using snowshoes when the muck is that deep and soft. I would line up those bottles from the lightest to the darkest then put tea lights in them. Or have a beautiful piece of Thames wood and arrange them in a group with fairy lights in them.
What a great video Si!! Thanks!!☺️🌊

      A Clayton's Girlfriend.. The girlfriend u have when u don't have a girlfriend hahaha

It is true about the Claytons in Australia. It was a popular saying in the 70's. As in "It's a bit of a Clayton's !" Basically it was a type of derision. They tried to make it popular but I don't know of anyone who actually liked it. It isn't a saying today. I'd forgotten all about it until you mentioned it.

I would guess that the remains of the boat were from around 1900. It was a clinker built yacht with a centreboard, you can see the narrow box for it. As said, beware the red lead paint. They used real lead back then and it looks as if the coats are thick. No sanding it down Nicola without VERY a good respirator mask. Really better if you don't tackle it at all, not worth the risk IMO.

Brilliant vid. The exhausing mud wading was worth it, u got some fab bottles, sad theyv been mostly overlooked in the past just cos the tops were off. So great 2 see that theyv been reborn n can be used in the future now. Theres endless uses 4 them.

Hi guys, I remember Clayton's drinks here in Australia. The catch phrase was "Clayton's the drink you have when you're not having a drink" I don't think it did a thing to reduce drink driving but it did bring back memories of my teen years .

Wow. Soooo envious of all those lovely bottles. Splot splot. Superb use of snowshoes here, Simon ! I might have to share some of that technique. Anyway..... I checked your etsy shop, but no shipping to Canada . i like the clear finish on those glass cups you made. Very knobbley . Neato !
