hello. my nakto camel 250w has a good battery as shown on ohm meter, and shows full charge. once i go to ride it will start to run down quickly. then it will cut out. once i turn the key off and back on it does fine but then will cut out again. could it be a bad battery but still read 41 volts? or coud it be another issue? the bike is 2019 and hasnt been rode much, but also was not charged regularly as it should have been. thanks for any help
