Took some time to find the right help. 2009 Tractor Supply Cannon Safe. Worked for me to change my known code to a new one. Instruction were spot on and listen to the electronic lock. From other videos I learned the door needed to be opened and in the locked vault position. I locked myself out only using the 74* instructions. You have added the 1* that only a pro would know. Thank you. Here's a twenty spot for my time save and keeping my arms locked up tight.

I have one but I changed the batteries and the red light comes on but no beeping sound .and no movement ,
The safe is open and I cant lock it

Hi The Fury, Try new Duracell batteries. and check the expiration date (oddly important) needs to say atleast 2020 or later. If that doesn't work you build a ticket for help at: sglocks.helpdeskconnect.com.
