For those who do not know, Depp has donated ALMOST HALF of EVERY DOLLAR he has been paid by Disney. These donations went to THREE Children's Hospitals, including Shriners. Also, Depp was granted the honor of being a volunteer "Shriner", which is not easily awarded.
Yes, certainly it was a tax break but JD could have purchased real estate or an yacht or donated to save the rain forest, but Depp has volunteered to visit Children's Hospitals every year in the character of Jack Sparrow. He doesn't have to, he does it because he cares.
Same with Amber, she didn’t have to donate a DIME, but chose to, yet people still want to wheedle away at her…~

As the mother of a son who I am currently cradling in my arms and a woman who has served in the military and seen GROWN MEN cry and go through DV even when they are strong, physically fit and mentally apt men, I only hope that men will finally be seen as victims of DV and that we NEVER judge a victim based on gender again.

My father taught me to always speak the truth, to be kind and strong, as goodness counts for nothing if its weak, and my mother taught me to say the Lord's Prayer daily. When I started work in the 1970s, my employer taught me to address every customer as sir and madam, and if I knew their surname to address them as Mr or Mrs, always to shake hands when introduced to or when greeting another man, to greet a lady courteously but only shake her hand if she offers her hand first, and at work to say good morning and good evening by name to everyone I work with, to not look up to anyone, or down on anyone, but treat everyone equally kindly, while respecting the station and office they hold,... and many other courtesies that I still adhere to. I miss the old respectful days.

As a woman myself, who was in an abusive relationship with my ex, I never once doubted Johnny's innocence from the moment AH first went public with her alleged allegations she laid against him. I know neither of them personally, yet my gut told me immediately that something felt off, namely in the manner in which they were being presented to the public, since Johnny has consistently presented himself in public as a humble, sincere, genuine and generously kind hearted man, who is well loved by everyone who knows him. And that he doesn't take his fame or popularity for granted in any way. I have followed this Trial with great interest. And I can relate from my own personal experience what it must have felt like for Johnny.......... Please believe me when I reiterate that it not as easy as many people may think to just "leave/get out" I was "love bombed" at a vulnerable time in my life. And I too found myself justifying those subtle "warning bells" in the beginning. I can't imagine what it must have been like for Johnny to live with these vile allegations against him, as a public celebrity who enjoys his privacy.
I applaud you Mr. Depp, it took great courage on your part to finally stand up and to share your story with World in the name of truth! ! In so doing, you have re-claimed your sovereignty and your power from her. Justice for Johnny xxx

I worked with Johnny Depp a few years ago and he's always been like this. He is not putting on a show for the press. He is respectful and even affectionate and humorous. I am certain that the 300 people or so who were working on that movie at the time could corroborate this and attest to his kindness.
All right, but he has assaulted a film crew member within the last 3 years, as well as numerous people years ago. He also has a history of trashing public property.

JD (who I believe will and should win this trial) is just making an effort to repair his image, as it has been damaged from Amber marriage time until this public viewed court trial (even OJ trial did not have great easy access as this...where are the DVD boxsets of that case?)...I'm sure there are have been times in his life that JD did not love police officers, AKA "POPO"......
I absolutely love that whenever Johnny leaves, he always makes sure to shake hands with ALL of the officers and make small talk with them. Idk it just put a smile on my face
Edit: y’all are taking this way too seriously. It’s just a small thing that I noticed, and I liked that he was consistent with it. No one truly knows the underlying reason why he’s doing it. It could be for good reasons, or it could even be for bad reasons. All I’m saying is that the action he’s doing puts a smile to my face because I know a lot of those officers probably appreciate that they are being acknowledged and thanked for what they do. Nothing more, nothing less. I said nothing about the trial, or even speculated why he did what he was doing (although I do have my own opinions). If you guys wanna argue about the trial on who’s guilty or not or on who’s manipulative or not, then just wait for the results of the trial.
This is carefully planned and advised from his legal team. We don’t know how he his privately. (Btw I also found his side more plausible)

No legal team is going to advise their client to go out and shake the hands of every single officer, and even acknowledge the camera man. It's just not something that would ever be done. This example of a toxic relationship shows a person can stay too long trying to make it work. I, myself, stayed in a abusive relationship 3 years too long, trying to make it work. It's sad that Amber tried to use the face and support of the DV community to grow her career. She thought this entire ordeal would give her the professional boost she needed. I guess in a way it has, just not in her favor. Regardless of the outcome of this trial, Johnny is the true winner.
I’ve just got out of the exact same situation myself, 3 years with a toxic narcissist who tried to turn everyone in my life against me when we broke up but luckily people saw through his lies and proved him to be wrong, I feel for anyone who has been though similar situations

In this trial I identified with the way Amber was turning Johnny into a totally different person, which he started to refuse and challenge. I’m glad he started standing up for himself. I also understood when he said he was finally able to tell his story. It’s not easy carrying that emotional load and still handle daily responsibilities. Glad you made it out, and I hope it’s happy trails 😊

I have always believed Johnny and that is why people are coming to his defense, not because he is "powerful ", but because he is loved and until AH started her accusations, never had I heard a bad word about him
I didn’t know anything about what happened between them until this trial began. I didn’t know they divorced or the article she wrote or the trial in UK etc. But I was curious to see what the facts were so I am watching this unfold from day 1. And I must say I don’t believe amber whatsoever. And it’s not because Johnny is this famous celebrity with lots of money and “power” and blah blah blah. Just her story and the expert witnesses do not have a credible story of events in my option. And not once did she admit to making a mistake in her approach in this relationship and I don’t think I heard from her about the extent of her own efforts to help Johnny with alcohol and drug use. I think she only said she wanted him to get better or something like that but frankly that’s not enough. I’m terms of Johnny side of the story is the thrown vodka bottle accident and how it cut off his soft tissue of his finger. I guess I am trying to imagine at what force and distance did she throw it to shatter the bottle and it happens to be on his finger …I don’t drink but I always assumed that vodka bottles are made of thick glass so they wouldn’t break I guess??? If I was the jury I would need more of a physical/scientific description of how this can happen ….but all in all I believe Johnny ❤️

I had not heard a bad word agaist him either, and I was shocked by the allegations in 2016. But I recently did some reading into his background, and I have found some very ugly details about his behaviour. He has repeatedly assaulted people, trashed public property, and given way to paranoid rage. He is a drunkard, a drug abuser, and may have untreated mental illness (judging by the disgusting, misogynistic text messages that he largely does not deny sending).
It's not because they're either "powerful" or loved or whatnot. It's very simple, actually. Turns out, after a month long trial - he's credible, she's not. That's all that's to this imo.

Anyone else notice that the one female guard seemed very happy to be escorting Amber to her vehicle at 15 -31 seconds of video. However the same guard and her two fellow female guard mates looked very less than enthused to shake or be in the vicinity of Johnny at 46-55 second mark. That one guard in particular almost looked like she was disgusted.
