- During the cross-examination of Amber Heard on Tuesday, a video was played for the court showing James Franco arriving at Heard's penthouse while Johnny Depp was out of town. Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez asked Heard if she felt comfortable bringing Franco over because she changed the locks, insinuating that Depp couldn't get in the penthouse.

At first I thought AH didn't even pick up on what that ment. But if you watch AH as she answers the very next question before she speaks she does her usual turn to the jury but looks back at CV and answers.
However she's such a Narcissist that she goes right back to trying to play to the jury for each question after.
This is also really interesting if you watched the Popcorned Planet interview with Amber and Johnny’s neighbor, Ami. Ami would see Amber periodically in the building and Amber was always rude and would never look at her or acknowledge her presence.

This trial proves one more important thing though. The ways in which court scenes are presented in movies is generally unauthentic.

Camille is just incredible. It feels like she already has a fanbase of her own. She's so confident, doesn't stutter (knows what questions to ask and from which side to approach) and always a one step further. That's a great example of a good lawyer

You are so right. Police will take a man in if a woman even has a hint of bruising/ injury. It is a liability for them if they leave and abuser kills victim etc…. Usually even if the fight is over and woman is begging police not to take her man, police still have to arrest him. If he’s not there, they will put out an arrest warrant.

"Officer said she didn't consider my red puffy face injured"... That's because a red puffy face FROM CRYING is not an injury! She's a star at twisting facts and gaslighting. Thank God she was countered by experienced professionals. Normal people don't have a clue how to counter this level of sophisticated evil.

So now you got a woman attorney flexing every ounce if her intellect and focus on Amber and Amber can't use her "I'm a woman in distress" card. Plus Amber loves to push people, twist the truth, and put words in their mouths and Vasquez is now taking her pretty lies and that and turning it all back on her. And you can see Amber is not liking that she is losing power and attention. Shes glanced at the jury more with this examination than anyone else. Shes lost power with Vasquez and is trying scrounge what she has with the Jury. And I hope the Jury is giving Amber stone faces.
