I've found that those who smash things usually do it so they release the frustration they feel towards another person. This goes against her case. It shows that when he was angry, he was banging cabinets, didn’t intimidate her, didn’t approach her, didn’t hit her or get aggressive with her at all. Ok, that's not completely accurate. When he sees she's filming him, he does get aggressive with her. Just because he didn't beat her up doesn't mean that it wasn't aggressive. And someone acting like that frequently creates a hostile environment that can be traumatic.

This trial isn’t to prove JD’s a saint, it’s to prove he was never physically abusive like AH claimed. If she was actually scared of him she wouldn’t be following him around and looking for a fight and smiling at the end of clip. She has to fight to get her victim face on while in court too. I’m not sure about slamming cabinets but while I was stationed in the state of Washington police were called to my residence at the request of my manipulative ex wife, they informed me that if I broke my own property in an exchange or altercation with her it would be domestic violence charge although minor 4th still a charge
