I can't promise i never will , but i can't made that promise for amazon neither .... of course with amazon it is easier in case of problems of any sorts , but i find that BG is generally worth it .

Maybe it's because you've spent €15,000 on equipment that they treat you well.
Me, I think it's wrong to say that they answer, or that they treat their customers well.
I bought a 3018 CNC, a year ago, it arrived with missing parts, other faulty ones.
Despite but many emails I never got an answer to my problems, they never followed up on my injunctions.
Even better, I could never put a negative comment on their site, nor on the supplier. My comments were never accepted.
It's outrageous to promote vendors like them.
At least they got me once, but they won't get me twice.
same happened with the ripped off foredom i ordered. at the time i didnt know they stole the design, regardless it came in non working order and it took 6 months to get a refund, and I had to do about 30 different things. for most, theyd give up, and this company relies on that. I didnt, out of principle, but companies like this put people out of business, kill jobs, etc. people do not understand what convenience or lack of price actually costs. i didnt at the time, but i made it a point to learn how evil companies like this and amazon are. while everyone is losing their livelihood, these owners are tripling their wealth. disgusting.

Cosmo Channel I think it will work great for what I need. I have an MPCNC and the screw for the z axis stepper motor are hard to reach. I’m hoping this will help

God forbid you ever get a broken shipment that needs a return.
It may make a difference that you are an online reviewer for then. They send you free stuff, right?
Before Christmas I received a completely destroyed product. I got a full refund ($33). I would certainly never buy a TV or something very expensive. Usually products that don't work are always refunded. Do they send me things for free? THAT WOULD BE GREAT! Unfortunately with a few subscribers channel I have to pay for all the products out of my own pocket! The only way to go on are the affiliate links but believe me that's not enough :-(

I am one of hundreds of people that have had to go through PayPal dispute at a loss, or, in my case, just got stonewalled till they go away. I won't be going away.
@@cosmochannelvideo: Before you got a refund you had to jump through hoops. They wanted pictures, they wanted you to try to get it fixed locally, they wanted to offer you coupons. They didn't just 'give' you the refund like you claim unless it was by virtue of your public channel.
I started that way too, I even got to VIP4 from buying little things. I got one refund on a broken wireless camera, but it took hours of my time to convince them. (So much for VIP) then I ordered something more expensive and pow, right in the kisser.
All I am saying is don't spend money you can't afford to lose with them.
Just 4 items are usefull the rest no ha deal to be bought

Ho acquistato prodotti per 15000 euro su banggood e non ho quasi mai avuto problemi. Quando ne ho avuti ho sempre ricevuto il rimborso del prodotto (tenendomi quello difettato). Se hai problemi contatta l'assistenza.. non rispondono subito ma risolvono sempre il problema.

J’ai acheté une CNC 3018, il y a un an, elle est arrivée avec des pièces manquantes, d’autres défectueuses.
Malgré mais nombreux mails je n’ai jamais eu de réponse à mes problèmes, ils n’ont jamais donné suite à mes injonctions.
Mieux, je n’ai jamais pu mettre un commentaire négatif sur leur site, pas plus sur le fournisseur. Mes commentaires n’ont jamais été acceptés.
C’est scandaleux de faire la promotion de vendeur comme eux.

Banggood won't refund a defective product. If they do they want you to pay the shipping costs to send it back. Even then it'll take you months of arguing with them online. Don't shop with them.
Io non ho speso 15.000 euro. Ma solo 37.05. Ma chiedo che vangano rispettate certe regole. Io ho fatto il bonifico il 21/11/2019. Il 10 /12 mi hanno detto che l'acquisto non è andato a buon fine e che avrei dovuto fare il riacquisto. A 41. 07 euro più ho meno. Io non credo che un bonifico ci metta 20 giorni. Gli ho mandato la ricevuta più volte. Ma niente. Ciao
