This is an extraordinary compilation of EAS Shelter In Place Warning, Evacuation Immediate, and Fire Warning Alerts for the largest wildfire in Texas history. I recorded the alerts using Audacity from NOAA Weather Radio WXK38 and WJON IP Radio. All alerts were relayed by the NWS in Amarillo and IPAWS. NEVER BEFORE have I seen a Shelter In Place Warning, Evacuation Immediate, and Fire Warning in effect simultaneously.
