This week, Theo is getting the foot treatment, and I am getting a reminder that sometimes the best caregivers need a lesson in how to better care for themselves. Self care is SO important, and I want Theo, even in all his big brother glory, to know how to ask for help, ask for service, ask for support when he needs it! Asking for your needs to be met is a crucial part of feeling fulfilled in relationships, from personal to professional!
