- I have a hard time celebrating myself. It does not come naturally, and God blessed me with a spouse who LIVES to celebrate. How do we balance this? Well, for my birthday, she kept things low-key. She gave me exactly what I wanted by just listening and observing. So, I tried to do the same thing for Yvette's birthday this year. We got her her favorite cake, planned a dance party complete with a real dance floor, and got her an extra-special surprise from @vanheeradventures. It was a birthday to remember, because I did my best to do what SHE would want, and in the end, we all ended up having a pretty wonderful time. #BELEAFINFATHERHOOD #ITSSOMEBODYBIRTHDAY

"We value multi generational living"...whew, I am a woman living with my parents including my maternal grandmother who is 96 years old. We are based in Temecula now but still travel back with her to Macon, GA and that quote resonated with me. I get to experience 3 generations of matriarchs in our household and truly blessed I have this opportunity 🙏🏾
This is great and I think more of us should experience generational living. We should have the same appreation for our patriarchs.

I also enjoy generational living.. My mom and I have a great relationship. My father transitioned 20 years ago and I have lived in my own home but I found myself always over my moms. It just made sense to move back in with her. Now that she is getting older I enjoy every moment. My children love and honor her as well. It just works for us.

What I like beleaf is that when Yvette expressed her concerns in previous vids, u didnt just dismiss her like she's over exaggerating or telling her to chill. You took time and really processed what she said. U cared enough to do something different and in that regard yes she is blessed with a wonderful husband and im happy that somewhere in this universe, a king his queen and willing to do anything to make her smile and feel loved. speaks volumes of ya character and understanding of yall relationship. These are things she will never forget and this is what makes women want to love a king so hard, when she knows she's appreciated and loved.

Once while on a camping trip we met a family who were on the road and had been for the better part of a year. They were going to the national parks. The kids were schooled on the road. They lived in an RV. I thought that was pretty cool.☺️
