I love this family too!! This young man is so amazing as a father and husband! The love and respect that he and his amazing wife show each I other is so inspiring. It shows that positive black love and family is real and possible. There children are beautiful, beautiful. beautiful!! That Usiah stole my heart as soon as I saw him.

I love seeing a black man (father) involved with his kids and family in general, just to be in the house isn't enough. You have to be present they grow so fast and you get no second chances. I'm happy to see positive representation of our family units that are positive and loving. The younger generation needs to see it more so they can do better.
All fathers need to be involved! However, you conveniently forgot the systemic racism that influenced separation and disruption of the black family. From slavery to Jim Crow and the disproportionate imprisonment of black men in your country.

Yes! I used to do this with my kid's when they were little. I was just as excited as they were for their birthday 🎂 ❤❤. Now since they are teenagers I do what they want but still go out of my way because you don't get these moments back. My son recently went to his first homecoming dance as a 9th grader and my daughter is a senior..I love celebrating them
What’s the deal with the chocolate baby comment on everyone of your post, why are they not just babies, why references to their color, they’re children, forgive me if your post are harmless, but it makes me feel some type of way, and if I feel that way, I know the family feels that way, that’s not a comment they want to see regularly, especially since their home is color free and their focus is to love on one another, seems a little creepy to be honest, I hate to say this but your post give me PTSD, it’s like listening to a racist trying to clean up, but they keep missing the mark, forgive me if that’s not your intention, but that’s how it comes across, I would even venture out to say your comments may be lovely, may be, but I can’t get past all the color references, in the future just comment on what you see, not the nationality of the family, because we as melanated people just watch your family, if someone has a remark, they just calls the family member by name, never points out their color, unless they’re acting in a way that is unbecoming in public spaces.

The potty training with my 2 year old is hard ! My 3 year old has it down, but my 2 year old just goes on the floor. After he's taken off the pull-up. It's so hard. What I started doing (today actually) was to let both of them go at the same time and celebrate them both. Happy Birthday Uzi!! You're family is amazing. Potty training is proven to be either ineffective or harmful to children. Just let your child be and they will show you when they are ready for the next step.
