    I've been searching for a video like this I've seen before and it said that it's better to tell kids that they worked hard to get what they wanted as it motivates them to work harder or something like that

      I told my daughter she was smart because she is smart. She went to Berkeley and Wharton. Everyone knew Lebron was a great basketball player he was told in High school he was great. What would be wrong would be to call someone smart who is not smart!

    This is all bS! Everyone told Lebron James he would be great and he was. Everyone said Einstein was smart and he was a genius. What is bad is to call someone smart who is not really smart its like telling a 5 foot tall person they can slam dunk!
