    Shireen could you make a detailed video about the current scenario of court rooms in Canada . Like detailed proceedings, how judges are , and now during covid how the filing process is done ? Could you shed some light on Canadian judicial process ? As I will be starting my paralegal studies very soon and would like to get some fair idea about it.     Hey Shireen thank you for such a video filled with ample amount of significance!!. I wanted to ask that, the ones who have completed law from Canadian law schools have a better chance at getting jobs in law firms? And what are the options for getting a job in Canada in a law firm for a person has come to Canada through express entry?

      Hi Allen, my next vlog is on jobs and salaries. Yes you are right its easier for the law grads of Canada to find a job, however it depends on a no. Of factors.

    Hi Shireen, u r doing a grt job... Thanks for your guidance... I had one small question that as it is in India that lawyers who are working as corporate lawyers have to surrender their Sanad/license... How it works in Canada?? Are their jobs available in Company for corporate lawyers and thus such lawyers have to obtain license and go through the process of LPP??? Please guide...

      Hello Ghulam, I did self study, I dont exactly know which one is best! However you can see Aamar Ahmed, Aamir Chaudhary...Vanessa Senta notes or Liran Notes! You can still check!

    How different is contact law of canada different from Indian contract act ?

      Canada interestingly does not have a contract act.
      It is all judicial precedent

    If I take the NCA exams in India, then is it possible to apply for an articling position in Canada while in India and thereafter moving to Canada on work visa once Im accepted for that position? If I'm unable to get an articling position, what should the next step be for me (other than LPP)?

      That chance is very rare to find articling from outside of the country, without nany status!

      Rnip is a different program to immigrate, It had nothing to do with you being a lawyer. You cam can determine your eligibility.
