    Thank you for clarifying my question that instead of IRAC you could use CRAC. it's just in USA, there is no subject of such nature in law where they would just ask for theory.

      They can ask both in foundation, theory or case based!

    It is important to do get a law degree from canada like to 2 year in J.D or Just getting degree from an indian law school is enough ... And it is beneficial to do llm from canada ??

    I have studied LLB from Delhi University and I am shifting to Canada soon, but unclear if I can start practicing law immediately. Do I need obtain separate law degree as well as the license to practice law in Canada?

    Is doing an LLM from Canada enough for practicing law in Canada or getting a license of practicing law in Canada for an international person?

      you still have to give the nca exams!

      LLM doesn't qualify you to practice Law, however, if you chose wisely your subjects in LLM, you could use few of those in Lieu of NCA exams. Additionally, depending on which province you want to practice you have to meet that province's legal society requirements. Additionally, you would have to do articling from 10-12 months depending on the law society. After all of this then you would be able to practice law. Good luck!

      Ok respected mam.i have 10 years of experience in criminal prosecution service as state Prosecutor and I am 40 now.my wife has degree in pharm -D as pharmacist and she is 32 now.can you plz guide us whether immigration process will suit or study visa is better to come to Canada
