That's such a good thing. Just listen. My cousin talks to her grandmother (my aunt) like that. She confided that she was going to skip school. She said "You can't say nothing Grandma, you can't snitch." SO my Aunt "arranged" for her mother to run into her while she was out and about.

As a teacher, I can confirm that a lot of parents these days actually believe their own kids recollection of school drama. Which is good if it's something really serious, but it can get extremely petty sometimes.

Aisha's parents are the only realistic parents in the show. None of these parents thought to check out the dojo their kid is going to? Also, don't know how it is in this world but in the real world, if a minor wants to do a sport they need parental permission so if my kid got involved in that school fight, they would have been yanked out of karate so fast. The lack of parental involvement is what irks me throughout the series. That and Sam.
Either the other parents do not have the means to move like Aisha's parents, or they do not have real authorities over their children in practice.
But overall, I quite agree, it should have been one of the essential consequences of the story, even if it meant that the kids came to train in secret, they are so addicted to Karate. Or the kids who try to convince them to continue, and they succeed, because Karate is not the problem.
Everyone who watches this show already took note that cops, security, teachers, etc... barely have any involvement over this karate war.
I’ve been a lunch lady, teacher assistant, and substitute and we are not supposed to step in to separate kids fighting. 🤷🏽♀️
COBRA KAI S3 finale is one of the best season finales ever! Especially for those who watched it from the beginning. 👍👍👍
So the fallout to the fight happens and naturally the school system after doing a combined sum of nothing freaked the fuck out. Aisha is a tragic casualty of that, shipped off to another school and removed from the show, I guess they didn't want the one sane Cobra Kai character disrupting the full villain turn.
Johnny has hit rock bottom but there's only one way but up; Johnny and Daniel Road Trip to find Robby - on the lamb and without his 80s haircut - just when Miguel wakes up

Yeah, movies warp people's knowledge about comas, because they always wake up in the movies. I work in a hospital, and in reality if you spend a long chunk of time in a coma you're very unlikely to come out of it.

There's no specific patterns to being in a coma. Some last days,months or years. My cousin was shot and was in a coma for a little over a week.

This episode is a perfect example of how Kreese coming back into Cobra Kai caused all sorts of problems. Everything was going great with the dojo, and it was highly respected by the community when Johnny ran it. Then Kreese took over and influenced them to do stuff that led to karate being virally ostracized.
I like when people can defend themselves but I don't assume different things based on their gender. No matter if they're a guy or a girl, if I see people fighting I assume that at least one of them is a troublemaker (if not both).

This was also the season where the budget got upgraded, thanks to Netflix picking up the series after CZcams did the 1st two seasons. Can't wait for the rest of the episodes later on!

Well you could look at how the fight started. Tori got pissed and was emotional; not when it happened but a whole day or so later and started a huge school fight. Miguel and Robbie dislike each other yet at no point did they try to fight each other. Miguel while drunk tried to punch Robbie but that’s it.

The non stop victim defense of Sam is getting irritating now. They act like she didn't even do anything and somehow all this happened to this "poor" girl. U will see the same with her brother too soon. Anyone who seen it know how his behavior got swept under rug immediately later after basically ruining another sweet kid's life. The constant "she is a teen, she was drunk, he kissed too" is freaking annoying. Guess what? Everyone else were on the same situation too and got punished for their mistakes severely. Just see how these ppl can't stop blaming Robbie yet praising Dimitri continuously. He did same with Hawk. Thing is, Hawk wasn't mortally injured since showrunners didn't want that. Can't even differentiate between an accident and an attempt to murder
Just think about the 4 main characters in this mess. One fugitive for almost a murder, one almost dying and another whole life is over, atleast academics. Here, this one being the main one who started all is like the biggest victim since no one talks to her and talks about what she actually did 🙄. Tori's the one who attacked Sam and started the whole fight. The kiss doesn't change that. It was wrong for Sam to kiss Miguel, but Tori attacking her was a wild and disproportionate escalation.

Not a related topic, but if Miguel met a sifu to learn Kung Fu instead of Karate, he'd definitely be OP. How I wished they added a Kung Fu Master in the show, but I feel like that's now going to happen in the new Karate Kid movie with Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio. We all know Kung Fu is superior than Karate.

Actually, Jacob Bertrand (Hawk) and Peyton List (Tori) are the ones that have been dating since filming season 4. They had been friends for years since they did the movie "Swapped" together on Disney. Now Xolo (Miguel) and Hannah (Moon) used to date in the earlier seasons. I think that's one of the reasons why they had Hawk and Moon broken up on the show. Then, sometime after Xolo and her broke up, they put Hawk and Moon back together.
