Hiked: Rumbling Springs Trail (0.45 miles), Lost Creek Nature Trail (0.46 miles), Kicking Bird Trail (0.27 miles), Prickly Pear Trail (1.46 miles)
We had so much fun camping out with The Terry's and VERY thankful for letting us stay in their camper this cold weekend. The campsite, although far from the bathrooms, was very well clean and spacious. The trails were gorgeous and we enjoyed all of them. Rumbling springs was the group favorite.
Fort Richardson is full of history with many of the original buildings still standing. It was once the largest US Army Installation.
