Today i am sharing with you all a very beautiful Soft and delicious Vanilla pastry cake recipe. This can be made with minimum ingredients and it comes out amazing. This cake can be made on birthdays, anniversaries or on any occasion. The frosting is very simple to make and comes out perfect and stable and will not melt on room temperature.

~Ingredients~
Caketin used is of 6"x6" square caketin
Measuring cup is of 200 ml capacity
For Sponge cake
Maida or refined flour- 1 and 1/4 cup or 190g approx
Powdered Sugar- 3/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup or 50ml
Vanilla essence- few drops
Milk powder- 1/4 cup (optional)
Vinegar- 1 tsp
For syrup
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Water- 1/2 cup
For frosting
Chilled Non dairy whipping cream- 200ml
Rainbow sprinkles and cherries for decoration

Hi mam aapne pahle cream banayi uske बाद cake banaya to cake thanda hone ke baad frosting karenge to cream ज्यादा time फ्रीज may rahegi to कुछ problem nahi hoga na maine aapka truffle cake banaya बहोत achha bana muzhe cream का ही tention आता है
ok i just made this...it dint bake as much as hers...for 1 and 1/4 maida...i shud've taken 1 and 1/4 to 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder rather than just 1 tsp of it. Also, i shudve added 1 cup sugar instead of just 3/4 cup of it. But overall the video was informative :)
