Daily Basketball Handles Workout
* 45minutes in all
* 9minutes for each 5
1. FingerTip Training
Consists of
- Spin the ball 🏀
- Finger tip role (2 hands)👏
- Finger tip dribble with 2 hands 🙌(in the middle)🖖
2. Coordination
Consists of
- Jump Rope( 1000 jumps =10-15min)
- Around the World 🌎 - Warm Up
3. Incorporating Movement(Stationary Drills)
Consists of
- Dribble Ball 🏀( One Hand)
- Advice: Keep hand on top of ball 🏀 (always)
- Stand In One Place 🧍♀️+ dribble under the Legs into next leg alternate hands
- Front Zigzags ⚡️👌
- Crossover ❌
- Push the ball foward- into a Hesitation(spin ball)👏
- Under the Legs 🦵 Touch the Floor 🕳
- Under the legs regular 🌀
- Under the legs alternate 🔁between legs
- Under the legs into a crossover ❌

Most NBA players don’t use thier fingertips to dribble. They use their hand so the ball can spin and float.

But kyrie does it becuase thats how he is used to but its more effective to do it with fingertips gives you more speed
Stationary drills are decent for a core workout but beyond that they are pointless, the game is not played stationary.
Kryie the most overrated ball handler in NBA history, ole take 11 dribbles to end up with a fade away jumper.
Who do you see as the greatest ball handler of all time? Maybe outside the NBA?
@@LeoRicardi I don't think in terms of some overall ranking. There are guys with different styles, some brought new things to the table, others just super effective and efficient at getting to where they wanted to be on the floor. Some were outside the NBA even some old And1 guys.
Kyrie, in todays context, is an excellent shooter and really good at making bad shots. He's sort of a better but smaller version of Kobe on offense.
Does he have a better "handle" than Jamal Tinsley? No
@@LeoRicardi Just on the current Mavs, in effectiveness Luka has a better handle, in style and creativity Shamgod has a better handle, so I'd have Kyrie 3rd in that lockeroom and some think he's top 3 all time.

@@yeelahowah7476 also off these standards Jamal Crawford has to be in the GOAT handle conversation. His handle worked in the NBA and even better in pro ams where he was cooking while he was like 40 years old. My 🐐
