Hope it helps yall keep hooping 🏀 Workout Handling/ Finishing Warm up - Fingertips Pass down up - Spin the ball on hand warm up - Jump rope - Spinning ball around waist - Tween walk no dribble Stationary Drill - stationary Position 1. Fingertip low dribbles both Hands 2. Pound Dribbles Right & Left 3. Stationary dribble under legs into next leg alternate ♾️ 4. Front zigzags Between legs 5. Right & Left zigzag crossovers 6. Body shifted Crossovers 7. In & Out front leg drop ball pound 8. Tween touch floor ♾️ 9. Explosive BTB's 10. Scissors tween dribbles 11. Under legs crossover 12. In & Out pound crossover Shift ♾️ 13. In & Out pound between legs ♾️ 14. Reverse scissor tween Dont worry about how fast you do it, Just do the correct form

    if youre just looking for some shoes to play and trash around the court i would use the reps that you would not worry about getting your shoe worn out and its easilly available.then keep your real ones just for casual use to keep em fresh.i collected legit uptempos,j13,j11. having a rep its like a burner shoe no ones gonna come at you at make you take your shoes out to legit check it.
