Pururun's also voiced by Ai Orikasa, aka Ryoko, so it's kinda funny seeing how Ryoko first appeared as a cat before showing her true self.
I don't know why Saban changed the main characters from Ninja to Samurai in the dub.
Honestly with that heavy armor they look more like samurai than ninja anyways
