For the Patty
800 g ground chickens (beef or pork)
onion
spices in minced meat
salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce
200g mayonnaise
50g mustard
30g honey
for topping, caramelized onions, 8 small onions
160gmozzarella sire
8 records of cheder cheeses
8 buns
