Personally I would use less lettuce or cabbage whichever it is, and make fresh patties rather than frozen. Hit those patties with some SPG (salt, pepper, garlic).

Cooking the burger reminds of the days when my parents owned a Chinese restaurant and I used to put everything in the deep fryer.
I'd put hamburger patties and hot dogs in there. My dad would yell at me for getting the oil dirty and he'd have to change it quicker. Surprised I didn't have a heart attack eating all that deep fried stuff.
