bruh, first she uses a spoon or a ladle instead of a fork to mix the yolks, then when cutting the chives she moves the knife against her hand, risky stuff. also the sharp edge on the cutting board dulls the knife. i understand the ASMR part but that scraping on the baking sheet. holy sheet

This looks yummy! My husband and I eat eggs for breakfast nearly every day. Cooked all ways. Fried, scrambled, poached, boiled and yes, omelettes. I’ve never tried to make such a large omelette. With the amount of oil that was used, I don't find it "great" at all.
For me it was the crack along the top.
It's not burnt...it's caramelized.
