Finally i found a place near my house.
Delicious. It makes me rethink eggs after all these years and how simple is sometimes the best. I went to culinary school in New Orleans and worked there for years and I've always appreciated different cultural cooking techniques and ideas. I'll be cooking this at home for the kids and family now.
