- Today is the 26th of May. After weeks of interviews, we’ve just been appointed as Director of Football at Ipswich. As a kid we used to sneak into the ground to watch Championship Ipswich, as a teenager we were watching Ipswich in League One, but now we’re responsible for signing Premier League players, hiring managers, approving stadium upgrades & managing staff. After finally signing the contract, we sit back and relax by watching some sports headlines.

@@bestfullyycorrect me if I’m wrong but the hire a manager is a mod and the futsal footage is from Volta I guess and director is a mod aswell
@@kjzztv8076 Hiring a manager is not a mod (It probably is somewhere but it doesn't have to be). I believe during last year's game cycle he made a video on how to be a "Director of Football" on Fifa. I'm doing a save like it now and I'm having a blast, 0 mods included!

Just to let you know, if you want to keep it more realistic, you have to pay bigger fees for signings. Ben Sheaf, for example, is under contract until 2026 and is Coventry’s current captain, he wouldn’t be sold for less than £20M realistically

Why is Ed Sheeran an integral part of Ipswich’s finances (pulling £55.5m from his ass) when he’s just a shirt sponsor and simply a fan… also why are Ipswich apart of the BSM Trophy as a Premier League team. Another point is Steve Bruce got Villa promoted, not Dean Smith. You try so hard for this to be realistic yet it still doesn’t make any sense, do your research.
Edit: U21s of Premier League teams can take part in the BSM Trophy but you don’t make this clear at all, until you mentioned it very briefly, making it difficult from a viewers point of view to understand. I’m not hating at all, this is a brilliant video and I enjoyed it but criticism helps a lot. You’re one of a few CZcamsrs that focuses on realism so I thought I’d point out what you’d got wrong. Hope you understand and don’t take this to heart.
