I've just had the privilege of seeing this tour at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham (17/6/23) with this exact lineup. I cannot recommend it highly enough. If your have a chance to see it and you haven't bought tickets then all I can say is just f**cking go or end up spending the rest of your life regretting that you didn't. Simply magnificent.

I saw Peter Gabriel live last Monday. One of my favorite concerts of all time I kid you not. At 73, Peter is firing on all cylinders. His voice is great and what a band! Such talent! And of course the legendary TONY LEVIN on bass. His new music is fantastic. Every new song had a hook in it. Thanks Peter for the music. I love you bro'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have a chance to see Peter live, do NOT pass it up. You will not be disappointed. There is something for everyone, including a rallying cry for those who fight racism and intolerance (BIKO).

‘So” is one of the best albums ever made… strangely I didn’t like it at first, but as a student in shared accommodation my flatmate played it endlessly and boy am I glad he did… 😊; the depth and breadth of content is remarkable. Still on my playlist and this song often drives me to tears still (like now 🤦🏻♂️)… the forlorn ambiance is incredible…the lyrics still resonate to a man, once a boy from the heartlands of Industrial middle England living through the 1970’s and early 80’s

Saw the So tour as a 15 year old kid. Years that followed were filled with the early genesis albums and his voice has been a constant in my life. I haven’t actually revisited this song in many years but it still olds the power it did all those years ago. Peter is an artist who really has never produced anything bad. A consummate song writer and a masterfully soulful singer.
Tony Levin is a beast! This song always gives me goosebumps.

Ticket prices for that tour are insane. At least here in Germany. I'm a fan, too, but I'm not willing to pay a minimum of 160 $, 220$ for a decent seat…

And Peter even used musicians of our Kansas City Symphony Orchestra. No Tony Levin sadly....but it was a dream come true. And it happened within days of my birthday. God's blessings and gifts...
