I was there. Carlton weren't an easy team to beat...Winmar and Plugger were incredible.....everyone looking up to see where Plugger was when Nicky had the ball....the noise at the end was so loud ...fans knew they had a good side again.

One of the all time great performances! That roar when Lockett kicked the last goal gives any supporter goosebumps!
If there is any doubt of Locketts greatness this is one game to show he was a once in a life time player. A genius.
