The padlocks are periodically removed because they constitute additional weight that was not taken into account when constructing the bridge.

Yes, most definitely so. If they didn't remove the padlocks the next thing the bridge's structural integrity will be questioned. @user-fj3en5pm4q

Skwer in Polish is an English square, not skewer, Skwer Judah is so named after the massive street mural that adorns it

@user-fj3en5pm4q thanks. You know I actually realized that the next day when I was in a new Polish city --- like duh. Note to self don't edit the same day you film or look up the words. :)

@@TravelwithMrJon During WW2, Germans lived all around Kraków, except the Jewish Quarter! Also an 'only German' neighbourhood was build along Królewska street (west of Józefitów street). You can see the more "German style" 3-storey (4 US) apartament houses more similar to some houses you can find in Silesia (Katowice, Gliwice, Opole) Around 50,000 Germans working for the local occupation authorities moved to Kraków

@@psychologianiestacjonarna6558 I'm pretty sure that after they sent the Jewish population to the ghetto (Stare Podghoze (spelling)) where I used to live, the officers moved into the Jewish Quarter. I read it somewhere :)
Yes I know the houses you are talking about as I saw them in Katowice and Opole. In fact, I think on my Opole vlog (the one that remains on my channel you see a couple of those).

@nonperson22 3. Just got back from Bielsko-Biala was productive but not as productive as the Kazimierz trip where we hit all three in a matter of minutes.
      1. They removed my love lock because it was too big for the bridge. The entire bridge was ready to collapse...
      2. I think someone else bought that beautiful vehicle - I'll look.

@@TravelwithMrJon 1. Kazimierz is a district of Krakow and Bielsko-Biała is a small city.
      2. The love for architecture (or maybe churches) can be big.
      3. It would be a nice view - you driving this vehicle and on the back 2 dziki eating Italian food 😁😄😃
