These are nice, relatively lightweight non-fat tire folding e-bikes. It is interesting they sell the same bike in three colors, each with its own model name. Do wish they had some accommodation for a trunk bag or other luggage.

The names go with the colors, but they are the same specs. You could get a handlebar bag if you wanted to carry some smaller items, that may work for you.

I have a new one. I like it except the gearing is very low. In 6th gear with no assist you have to pedal very fast to get to 15 mph. Wish the ratio was a bit higher.

I think its primary environment for this ebike is for people who travel a lot or for use in an urban setting where you may need to take it on a bus, subway, or crowded elevator.

Interesting review, the one thing I really like is UL certified. The thing which makes zero sense is 36 volts there is no reason to make an e bike with todays technology that's not 48 volts.. Ron

Thank you for providing feedback on our Blaupunkt electrical bicycle. We wanted to clarify that we selected a 36-volt motor to meet the heat requirements outlined in the UL 2849 certification for eBikes. Obtaining the new UL complete eBike certification 2849 introduced various challenges when it came to selecting critical components, and there are indeed pros and cons associated with every certification.
