The fact that these witnesses are still in tears after all this time is terrible.

Exactly spot-on ! This was the most damning, enraging part of the evidence. Ethan asked his parents MULTIPLE TIMES to get him help, and even told them he was basically hallucinating, though not in those words. He described to them actual symptoms of schizophrenia, without using that word, and THEY DID NOTHING.

    James Crumbly is apparently
yawning in his own boredom or lack of empathy while the County sheriff computer expert is giving his testimony of the actual shoot video. The sheriff is obviously shaken emotionally yet James Crumbly is yawning at his own trial ?? What ??? He is fine ? Yawning? Who does that ?

I don’t recollect that they publicized anything about testing. Perhaps at EC’s trial it was covered but I didn’t watch it.

I TOTALLY want James Crumbley to be found guilty. But the male prosecutor has been so unethical all week…constantly using leading questions on direct, arguing his view of evidence in front of the jury, etc. I really wish he’d clean up his lawyering and just get Crumbley convicted using the overwhelming evidence against him. There’s no need to be underhanded about it.

Not defending this dad in particular, but putting parents in prison for their kids’ choices might be a slippery slope. Just sayin’ ✌🏼

      You think?
They ABSOLUTELY should be held responsible.
I must be older than you, but our parents totally held responsible.
If you break the neighbors window playing baseball, do the neighbors hold the parents responsible!?
These parents bought their disturbed, unhappy, son a weapon & ammunition.
