- In this video, I'm headed to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville restaurant at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino here in fabulous Las Vegas. I've never eaten or stayed at a Margaritaville but I know it's an institution world wide so I'm excited to try it out.

Cannot recommend this place at all. So many better ways to spend your food dollars in town. It was a fun atmosphere and the drink was good so if it's just drinks, I think I'd go back. Never going back for the food if I can help it. Thanks GL!

There use to be a Margaritaville casino area inside the Flamingo but believe it has been removed. There was cent beers from 5-6 pm in the casino, which I did check out once and it was fun. They cannot all be winners, thanks for sharing, nice work shin!!

Canadian here. I felt the same way after visiting Margaritaville. I went because my friend loves Jimmy Buffett (RIP).
I'd only go back for drinks at this point. Some commenters have mentioned the burgers are the only way to go here so if I ever find myself back at Margaritaville, I may try it. Thanks for watching!
Margaritaville is a total BUST! The prices on everything were outrageous. They are located in a budget hotel, not sure why they are priced like a Disney resort. Shin - another solid review.

Great video. I stayed at Flamingo May 2022. I didn’t eat at Margaritaville. I love the Linq promenade so I mostly ate and drank there. Glad you warned us for visiting.

I'm glad you ate at this place Shin because I was never planning to eat there anyway I knew this restaurant was lame just by the decor,😋😋😋😋 and yes I walked by it multiple times every time I was in Vegas thanks for taking another one for the team now I can save my money and not toss it on this miserable place peace.😆😆😆😆

We have a Margaritaville restaurant here in Myrtle Beach SC. Whenever tourist friends come into town, they like to go there. It is just ok and overpriced. The one entree that I do like there is the coconut shrimp so I get it everytime. I haven't really cared that much for anything else I've had there. But now I want to try the key lime pie.
I will keep that in mind in the event I ever have to go back here. Coconut shrimp has to be decent. And yes, the key lime pie was good. I really had no complaints on it. Thanks for watchin Sharon!

Sadly they will be closing by the end of May. I worked there for nearly twenty years. Lots of incredible memories. RIP Mville.
Margaritaville was an institution on the strip for decades and it will be odd not having it as a part of the blvd view in front of the Linq Promenade. I salute you and the ville. Thanks for watching!

Sad face on greasy appetizers…who messes up seasoning on Jambalaya? I have eaten at several Margaritaville restaurants throughout the country hoping one of them would be better than the last but all of the were below basic standards. I think the restaurant is using their themed vibe of the islands and the Fl keys to pull them through but sadly it won’t bring me back to this restaurant again. Thank you for the review.

I would have ordered pretty much the same thing that you did. I guess Margaritas and Key Lime pie slices is what I will order if I go there.

Went to a Margaritaville in Olando near Disney for lunch and will say it had one of the best burgers I have literally ever had in my life.
I've had a couple of other commenters mention that burgers are the way to go at Margaritaville and I goofed by going for the jambalaya. I'll probably give the burger a try sometime. Thanks for watching Bartleby!

Ive had the Garlic Aioli burger there, and $7 margaritas at the bar, pretty good deal

We’ve been and it was rather mediocre. We’ve been to the original in Key West and it was about the same. But we went to the one at the Margarita hotel in Hollywood, FL and it was fantastic!

They might. But they were not hurting for business from what I saw. From some other commenters, I probably should have gone for a burger or sandwich, but the app trio was so average that I don't know if a burger would have been that much better. It probably would have been better than the jambalaya though.
Only thing worth getting at Margaritaville are the volcano nachos while pounding ultimate margaritas preparing for the night.

I think you're pulling back some of your punches. The food and presentation (particularly the jambolaya) was just meh. Not surprising the key lime pie was the highlight, as it was likely bought from an external vendor and not baked onsite. Still appreciate the review and taking one for Team Shin!
The pour on the margarita was pretty good so I was in a pretty good mood during this video lol. The food was just mediocre. Thankfully the pie did save the ending. Either way, that was my first, and likely last time going to Margaritaville. Thanks for watching Dong!

My wife, mom, and I tried the Atlantic City Margaritaville Restaurant. We weren't impressed with the food. It was expensive for frozen hamburgers.

Frying mass produced food is fine, if you change the oil daily. Its the first cost saving measure, using old oil.

The calorie count on most of that food from what I could see was way way hi! I don't know of anybody that would be eating 2000 calories for lunch or dinner but that's me. I think one of the things that make a lot of money on is obviously alcohol. Looks like just an awful lot of fried food. Appetizers all fried. I think I would have to pass after this

Allllll of the food looked generic. Makes me think they premade the stuff and ship it in and just hit the fryer with it or open a frozen pouch or can and pour over rice. Sad. Not cheap either!

I have never heard a good thing about this chain. The food is mediocre and so are the drinks. It’s pricey. There are any number of bars you can go to with great drinks and decent food at half the price. I will stick to his music 🎵
