This movie comes waaaay before. Super Android 13 references it when Goku gets punched in the dick and Vegeta says "not so funny now, is it Kakarot?" , and Broly references it when Vegeta says he'd rather get kicked in the dick a thousand more times than listen to Broly scream Goku's name.
Also some things to note:
- Namekian's are all male/genderless, so Roshi was not going to find any Namekian ladies
- Namekian's only need water to survive, so Goku was not going to find any traditional Namekian cooking
- The Albino Namekians were wiped out on Super Kami Guru's orders, and no one ever told Kami, so he only remembers the good times

I love that you can summize from the circumstances and answers pretty much everything that the Big Ghetti Star (and it's soldiers) is saying. (not verbatim, but the gist of it)
For example: Starting from 14:58, the Beep at 15:03 translates into "You're good as you are, my dear!" and the one at 15:09 clearly says "Suck them dry"
