It's actually true. I usually toss and turn a fair bit throughout the night. Recently bought a few extra pillows to try it out and I stayed in this position for nearly the entire night. I won't lie and say I didn't move at all, but I very noticeably cut the tossing and turning by at least half.

No. You toss and turn because staying in one position will always get uncomfortable at some point during sleep. Like sitting in a comfy chair. Your body will get restless because the body gets stiff over time and need to readjust. Can’t control your body if you’re not awake

I use my comfortor to separate the those areas and sometimes a pillow as well. But my arm gets pinched and I end up rotating at night. But the position feels too good to fall asleep in. Well Ig its my shoulder since thats what i rest my head on with my pillow inbetween them.

Not sure what to get for good ones. I sleep with my head on two pillows and a pillow in between my legs. But I do wake up in other positions. And where I'm in chronic pain because of this is there any way a video can be done to for cleaning the house?
